Lifestyle is everything to me. Since being very young, I’ve had misgivings about the world I was growing up into. It took me a long time to make sense of what I observed, sensed and ‘knew’.
As a child, I would see things, hear things and feel things that others could not perceive.
My life has been a exploration of walking the tightrope between freely being me (the spiritual being I knew myself to be), and being an accepted member of the world.
It took a lot of time to grow confident in being a bit different, and so I’ve experimented with living in and out of reality at the same time.
As we go through this time of global awakening, I have felt stirred into action – a bit like a ‘calling’. I feel ready to be counted on as a guide to our intuition and to working more closely with the cosmic cycles.

About the production
Pre-show advertising
I’ll put a shout out for the show, one week before it’s released (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). This maybe an audiogram teaser or simple post. The pre-show advertising will encourage audience to send in questions/comments. Any questions that come in will be woven into the overall recording.
I’ll link in and send you copies of what I put out. You are welcome to use these.
Technical details about the production
These shows are pre-recorded. I’ll be using either Zoom or Streamyard to record
Whichever option we use, I’ll send you a link to access the recording environment and we’ll do a quick test to double check that the visuals/audio are all up to standard.
Please do have a pair of ‘in ear’ headphones, so that we eliminate potential audio feedback issues.
With pre-recorded shows – If either of us makes an obvious mistake, this can be cut out in post-production. If this happens, calmly stop talking and let me know. We’ll pause for a moment, so I can see where to cut, and then continue. So please don’t worry.
Post production of the recording
I’ll add in the intros/outros, contact details onto the screen when relevant and cut out anything unnecessary.
From the final product, I’ll then create:-
A podcast version
An audiogram snippet of you (in case you want to put a teaser on Instagram/twitter feeds)
Dependant on suitability, I might create some micro content for ‘Insight Timer’ (cut out one question and post produce as an individual sound bite)
Distribution
I’ll post the video to my YouTube Channel, Facebook page, Facebook Profile, Instagram, Twitter, (possibly to Rumble, Bitchute, Telegram, MeWe), linking all content into your preferred hashtags/handles/contact details.
The audiogram will be posted to instagram
The podcast will go to Anchor, to be distributed to Spotify, Itunes and other…
I will send you a zip folder with all of these in, and my own handles for cross linking.

Show appearances
I just love appearing on shows to share the joys of life and have a good natter.
Historically, astrology has conjured up images of old church halls and psychic fairs, and I’m keen to show people that astrology as a tool, can be fun, transformational and easy to use.
My first appearances in 2011, were on ‘The Barefoot Broadcast’ – they must have gone well, because I married the producer!
Since then, I’ve made appearances on ‘Wolf Spirit Radio’ and been a regular pop up guest on ‘The Zone Show’, ‘Listening for Signs’, ‘The Ascension Countdown’, ‘Venus Health Academy’ and ‘The Soulwave Insertion Lectures’
